Karena kebutuhan akan kapasitas RAM dirasa perlu , maka anda memutuskan untuk menambah dengan 1 keping RAM lagi. Sesudah dipasang ternyata booting tidak sampai ke sistem operasi.
Solusi Masalah
a. Pastikan RAM yang anda pasang jenisnya sama.
b. Lepas kembali kepingan RAM baru dan kepingan RAM lama, lalu bersihkan kedua RAM
c. Bersihkan pula Slot memory yang ada di motherboard.
d. Pasang kembali ke slot. Jika tetap tidak bisa masuk ke sistem operasi coba pasang RAM ke slot lainnya.
e. Jika tetap tidak bisa, coba anda lihat buku manual dari motherboard untuk memastikan kapasitas dan jenis RAM yang bisa dipasang. Karena tidak semua motherboard dapat dipasang RAM dengan Merk yang berbeda. Untuk lebih jelas cari informasinya ke situs vendor motherboard di internet.
